I started with Sam in November 2019. He is Amazing. He listened to my needs. Having experienced a few trainers throughout my life, I was skeptical at first. But he has a way of earning your trust. He pushes you hard enough, but his focus has always been to make me stronger. He is really a great student of his students’ needs, wants, and desires. I feel comfortable around him. He provides input and encouragement and gets this, he writes down each workout. It's the one hour a day I just 'do' without 'thinking.' I took my 11-year-old son for a 1-hour session. He texted asking when he can go back, 'cause he really 'enjoyed' the workout!!! I also think that Maggie and Sam make a great team. They work with all ages and all types of customers with respect, all the time!
